As an independent Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) based in Sandhurst, Berkshire I provide Energy Performance Certificates for domestic residential properties for both the rental and for sales markets.

My customer base includes, but is not limited to landlords, private individuals, letting agents, solicitors, panel providers and estate agents. My specialism lies within rental sector EPCs and I would urge Landlords to always consider instructing their own independent assessor to complete an EPC. This is almost certainly a more cost effective route.
