We all know foundations are important for any building, but at SURTEES, we put that little bit more care and attention in the work.

We start by investigating the area (also known as the plot) that requires foundations.

This is a good exercise to understand whether the land is suitable for what you want to do. This has probably been done already, but we believe it is good practice to have one final check.

Getting It Right

One of the keys to good foundation work is that it is right first time. Failure to get this process right could result in the need to underpin the foundations in the future.
